Admin Settings¶
Use Admin Settings when you need to change workspace-wide setup, access, defaults, catalogs, numbering, or workflow rules. These settings affect how your whole team works in Loupe Factory.
Use Profile instead when you only need to update your own name, email, profile picture, or password.

Admin Settings Areas¶
The Admin Settings page links to the setup areas below. Review these before large-scale daily use, because they shape the fields, labels, and defaults your team sees across the product.
Organization Settings¶
Use Organization Settings when you want your workspace to match the way your company presents itself and operates in a region.
- Set your organization name, logo, industry, and domain
- Choose country, timezone, currency, and display formats
- Manage locations, manager inventory access across locations, and rack/bin structure
- Add departments and designations that fit your real team structure
- Maintain legal or tax details that need to appear on commercial documents
To edit these values, go to Admin Settings > Organization Settings.

Product Settings¶
Use Product Settings when you want to shape the catalog language your team works from every day.
- Add, remove, or refine product types
- Manage size groups and size options
- Manage shapes and shape groups
- Set the default weight unit used in product records
- Reset product catalogs back to industry-aligned defaults when you want a clean baseline
This is the right place to adapt terminology for gemstone ranges, jewelry collections, or auto-parts families without changing the daily workflow pages.

Inventory Settings¶
Use Inventory Settings when you want to control how stock is identified and tracked.
- Manage inventory types
- Set the inventory tag prefix
- Turn rack/bin tracking on or off
- Review stock-control policies such as low-stock alerts
- Decide whether photos, notes, or other record requirements should be enforced
For daily use after setup, continue with Inventory Management.

Orders Settings¶
Use Orders Settings when you want commercial documents and fulfillment defaults to reflect how your business sells and buys.
- Set numbering prefixes for sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
- Choose default payment terms
- Manage invoice notes, HSN-related options, and invoice product photos where relevant
- Enable the shipment carriers your team should use for fulfillment and tracking
For order execution after setup, continue with Order Management and Shipment Tracking.

Production Settings¶
Use Production Settings when you want Loupe Factory to mirror your real production route.
- Set the default due-date offset for production jobs
- Choose the default starting stage
- Add, remove, rename, or reorder stages
- Map stages to the right inventory behavior and departments
- Review QA and tolerance policies
- Reset stage defaults when you want to return to an industry-aligned baseline
For daily execution after setup, continue with Production Tracking.

Access Settings¶
Use Users & Access when you need to control who can sign in and what each person can do.
- Invite users to the workspace
- Review pending invitations
- Assign the Admin, Manager, or Member role
- Remove users who should no longer have access

Recommended Use¶
When launching a new workspace, a practical sequence is:
- Set the business identity in Organization Settings.
- Invite the first users and assign roles in Users & Access.
- Align product language and dimensions in Product Settings.
- Confirm stock tracking rules in Inventory Settings.
- Configure numbering and fulfillment defaults in Orders Settings.
- Match the production route to your real operation in Production Settings.
