Plan Highlights¶
- Starter gives one user the core system: inventory for one site, sales and purchase orders, standard invoices, QuickBooks sync, one production job, limited AI credits for built-in AI workflows such as inventory image editing, and customer, supplier, and staff records.
- Professional adds the team layer: up to 10 users, up to 3 sites, inventory history, 3 concurrent production jobs, manager and member roles, manager inventory access across locations, Commercial Export invoices, shipment tracking, QR tags, Code 128 barcode tags, invoice product photos, Shopify and Tally Prime, Excel and PDF exports, Extended AI credits for repeat AI-assisted work, and priority email support.
- Business is for scale: up to 100 users, unlimited locations, unlimited production jobs, 3x Extended AI credits, auto-retrieved product HS codes, advanced production reports, scheduled data exports, Code 128 barcode tag support, custom inventory Tag IDs, and other Business-level operational controls.
- Enterprise adds custom buying and governance: unlimited users and AI credits, custom roles, OIDC/SAML SSO, custom integrations and workflow builds, custom KPI reporting, admin app analytics, procurement support, legal and security reviews, migration support, and dedicated support with a 4-hour SLA.

AI inventory image editing uses the same credit pool as other built-in AI workflows. Higher plans include more AI capacity, which helps teams that clean up product photos often or prepare many inventory avatars for sales and catalog review.

Invoice product photos let eligible teams show product visuals beside invoice rows in both the preview and generated PDF. The setting is off by default and can be enabled from Settings > Orders > Invoices with Add inventory product photos to invoices. Starter users see the setting locked with an upgrade prompt.

Barcode tags are generated in Code 128 format, a widely supported barcode standard that can be read by standard barcode scanners. This gives Professional, Business, and Enterprise teams a scanner-friendly label option for fast item identification, stockroom handling, packing, and fulfillment workflows.
Downloading and printing inventory item tags is available on the Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans. Starter users can keep inventory records in Loupe Factory, but tag download and printing actions are not included on Starter.
Customizing inventory Tag IDs is available on the Business and Enterprise plans only. Starter and Professional users can use Loupe Factory's generated inventory Tag IDs, but cannot manually customize them.
Manager inventory access controls whether Manager users can view and select inventory items or products from every organization location. It starts on the Professional plan and can be enabled in Organization Settings > Locations with Managers can use inventory from all locations. Member users remain limited to their assigned location on every plan.

Use this comparison to match image work to your credit needs. Starter is useful for trying occasional AI-edited inventory images. Professional gives growing teams more room for regular product photo cleanup. Business is better for higher-volume inventory teams that expect frequent image editing alongside other AI workflows. Enterprise fits teams that want unlimited AI capacity under custom commercial terms.
AI image editing can replace a regular inventory photo background with a studio-style White, Black, or Beige/Ecru background. Teams can also choose None, Soft, or Medium ground shadow. Background-only edits use fewer credits than background plus shadow edits because shadow adds another AI edit.

- Choose Starter if one person needs a no-cost way to move core order, inventory, invoicing, production, customer, supplier, staff, and accounting workflows out of spreadsheets, with limited AI credits for occasional AI image edits and other AI workflows.
- Choose Professional if your team is growing and needs shared access, inventory history, manager inventory access across locations, logistics tracking, export-ready invoicing, QR and Code 128 barcode tags, ecommerce integrations, file exports, and more AI capacity for repeat product photo cleanup.
- Choose Business if your operation spans locations, production jobs, and export requirements, and you need more AI capacity, auto HS code retrieval, frequent AI inventory image editing, Code 128 barcode tags, scheduled data exports, and stronger production reporting.
- Choose Enterprise if your organization needs custom roles, OIDC/SAML SSO, custom integrations, custom reporting, admin app analytics, migration support, procurement support, contract terms, unlimited AI capacity, security review, or dedicated support with a 4-hour SLA.
