Prices above are self-serve prices in USD. Starter is $39 USD per month or $390 USD per year after a 30-day free trial. Professional is $199 USD per month or $1,990 USD per year. Business is $399 USD per month or $3,990 USD per year. Annual billing is paid upfront and gives you 12 months for the price of 10.

The Starter trial needs a card, and nothing is charged until the 30 days end. Professional and Business have no trial. They come with a 30-day money-back guarantee instead.

Staff records and login users are different. A login user can sign in to Loupe Factory. A staff record can be assigned to operational work without signing in. Staff records without login access do not use a seat.

Professional includes 3 login seats and Business includes 5. Both plans let you add login seats for $29 USD per user per month, up to 100 total users. On annual billing, an extra seat is $290 USD per user per year, the same two months free as the base plan. You can remove an extra seat once nobody uses it.

Every plan uses one shared monthly AI credit pool for Loupe Copilot, imports, image editing, product shots, summaries, predictions, and other AI-assisted workflows. Image editing and product shots use more credits per request than text features. Add credits at $0.01 USD per credit when a busy month requires more capacity. Every plan includes the Media Gallery for unlimited photos, videos, PDFs, and 3D CAD files on items and product types. Adding and organizing files uses no AI credits.

White and Black AI backgrounds come with every plan. Professional, Business, and Enterprise add Beige/Ecru, Off-White, Midnight Blue, and Chocolate Brown, along with ground shadows and studio lighting. On the same plans, product shots with AI turn the main image of an item or product type into 10 polished 2K photos, each in a different setting, and add them to its Media Gallery. A full set uses about 400 AI credits.

Implementation Package

Professional and Business offer an optional, one-time implementation package if you want Loupe Factory to do the setup work with you. It costs \(1,000 USD** on Professional and **\)1,500 USD on Business. Checkout adds it by default, and you can remove it there. Enterprise includes migration in its rollout.

With the package, Loupe Factory:

  • migrates your customers, suppliers, items, and open orders, up to 5,000 records from spreadsheets or one export
  • connects and tests Shopify and QuickBooks Online
  • runs two one-hour training sessions
  • checks that you are ready to go live

On Business, the package also covers multi-location setup, BOM and costing setup, custom inventory IDs, historical invoices, and a third training session. The go-live check there includes issuing and receiving one production job.

The aim is to have you live within two weeks of Loupe Factory receiving your data. If you are not live within 30 days, the package is refunded in full. The 30 days start when your required onboarding data arrives, which is due within 7 days of purchase, and they pause while Loupe Factory waits on required inputs from you. Work beyond the written scope costs $100 USD per hour.

You don't need the package to get started. Every plan includes the guided onboarding tour and the AI import tools. The package makes the most sense when you are moving from another system or carry 500 or more SKUs.

Billing Terms to Know

  • Self-serve prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply based on your billing address. India checkout bills in INR, with GST included in the price.
  • Annual billing is paid upfront. The annual price gives you 12 months for the price of 10 compared with monthly billing.
  • Starter starts with a 30-day free trial. Checkout asks for a card, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from the billing portal before then.
  • Professional and Business include a 30-day money-back guarantee, with no mandatory setup fees. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal.
  • Included AI credits refresh monthly. Top-ups are billed in USD at $0.01 per credit.
  • Extra Professional and Business login seats are prorated when added or removed. Both plans support up to 100 total login users.
  • Downgrading or cancelling deletes nothing. After a downgrade, you can't add beyond the lower plan's limits until you are back within them. After you cancel, your records stay stored, and the workspace reopens when you reactivate from the billing portal.
  • Enterprise pricing, billing currency, payment method, deployment, and renewal terms are defined in the organization's custom contract.
