Managing Your Account¶
Keep your profile, organization, and notification settings up to date so LoupeFactory works the way you need it to.
Updating Your Profile Information¶
Your profile holds your personal details — name, email address, and display preferences. Keeping this information current ensures your teammates can identify you and that system notifications reach the right inbox.
To update your profile:
- Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner of any page.
- Select Profile Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Edit your Full Name, Email Address, or Profile Photo as needed.
- Click Save Changes to apply your updates.

Email address changes
If you update your email address, you will receive a verification link at the new address. Your login will continue to use the old address until verification is complete.
Managing Organization Settings¶
Organization settings control how your LoupeFactory workspace is configured — including your business name, timezone, currency, and team membership.
General Organization Details¶
- Navigate to Settings → Organization from the left sidebar.
- Update your Organization Name, Industry, Timezone, and Default Currency.
- Click Save to apply changes.

Managing Team Members¶
You can invite new team members or remove existing ones from the Members tab within Organization Settings.
To invite a team member:
- Go to Settings → Organization → Members.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the team member's email address and select their role.
- Click Send Invite. They will receive an email with a link to join your organization.
To remove a team member:
- Locate the member in the list.
- Click the ⋯ menu next to their name.
- Select Remove from Organization and confirm.

Configuring Notification Preferences¶
LoupeFactory can notify you about key events — such as low inventory alerts, order status changes, and production updates. You control which notifications you receive and how they are delivered.
To configure your notification preferences:
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Toggle individual notification types on or off.
- Choose your preferred delivery method for each category: In-App, Email, or both.
- Click Save Preferences.
